He is definitely doing it at CHM. The last CR intention, to be voted on in 2 weeks is designed to achieve exactly that and, it is happening. From 2.9c down to 1.9c and falling as he wants to increase the shares on issue by at least 100% at a price he will determine later. The 7th CR in 18 months at his 3 comps and one made it worse than the one before. If that pattern continues, ouch IMU.
