Why wouldn't it? The pps went from 4c to 15c on the last significant clinical trial update and 15c to 30c on the previous one. Both times the pps got sold down while waiting in between for those announcements, this latest sell down is strange given the much shorter timeframe and particularly the significant of the last clinical trial update......
