I thought the 12 month play was mentioned at the time to coincide with the end of Ph1 clinical trial for VAXINIA?? BP isn't going to show their interest until these clinical trial results are released but I think PH will then hold out for another 6 months until Ph1b clinical trial for Azer-Cel is released so registrational clinical trial are approved and interim clinical trial update for OnCARlytics are released which is why they raised those funds to allow for parallel clinical trials. This is the business plan.
