So, an active member of your scientific advisory board, Dr Yuman Fong, sold a minimum of $6.4M worth of stock (17 million shares at an estimated 37.75c [62.5 - ((62.5 - 13) / 2))]) between 2021 and 2022 while HER-Vaxx was apparently worth billions and the first patient was dosed in the CHECKVACC (20th Oct 2021) and the Vaxinia trial (18th May 2022). Both products that have CF33 as the active agent.
Selling 80% of his holding would mean he pocketed $10M.
My first post highlighting the failings of HER-Vaxx was 21st May 2021. Seems that I was not the only scientist that recognised the signs.
