The use of that term, "Twelve Month Play" is usually associated with a financial improvement and that's where that phrase from one of the people at the top creates enthusiasm for an outcome that hasn't eventuated. There is a list of such statements with IMU that increase a level of expectation of financial gain. So far, these are statements that do not come to fruition regarding financial gain. it is in fact the opposite.
