I am a "Street Smart" sales person experienced in selling radio adds at local, state and country and continent wide level ( Europe / Germany ) starting selling wine and learning from all the mistakes a rookie can make. Then " Book Smart " qualified Maths / Physics secondary school teacher, tour guide and many other jobs plus, trained metal worker. Made my way around in socialist / communist countries and NZ / AUS. Started 3 times all over and ended up wealthier and hopefully a bit smarter than before.

Anyway, I am able to sell anything that has benefits for the buyer, I won't sell any crap I don't personally believe in. I believe in IMU's / CHM's science and therefore would be willing and able to achieve a suitable outcome by demonstrating the superior properties and benefits for the buyers. Whatever I sold had a positive result for the buyers. The adds were tailored to my clients and structured that failure wasn't an option. The wine bottles I sold to the businesses served as a gift and advertising platform ( label ) as well when given to their customers with positive feed backs and increased sales on their side. My teaching was aimed at developing of creative thinking and not just writing tasks on the board.

I offered Hopper to do Shah's job for free and got no response. Hard to get a guru to fire the ones he thinks are gurus too.

By the way, check out radiosaw.de and google its financial performance since 1992. It still operates using the principles I have helped to establish since its start in a garden shed to become Europe's top 5 profitable radio company per listener / hour.

Hopper brought money, science and scientists together and for that he deserves all the credits. But it was during a time when money was thrown at anything that had oncology written all over its business field. Now when one has to put some effort in to secure funds he has failed to live up to the expectations especially promoting and securing funds at an appropriate level. He is now known as Mr Huge Discount and one lesson I learnt is that it is almost impossible to recover from a Discount Giver Image. Anyone can sell cheap, selling at the appropriate level is what's count and that's why I call him out on either to be unable or to be unwilling. And that applies to both, CRs and asset selling / promoting. That's why we should demand him stepping down.

LC is not a sales person, she has shown that a few times. As a CEO she is required to cover that part too but IMU has 3 who should do that job for her, Hopper, Eckstein and Shah. All 3 were so far No-Shows. Eckstein sits on a huge pile of managed money and like Hopper, has refused to answer why not one Euro found its way into IMU's account. Either the science is crap and we got taken for a ride or the science is great and the management is the one that needs to ride out the door.

One more thing using CHM as an example.

CHM's previous CEO JC had presented slides comparing CHM with the ASX competition and international players, she knows what investors / pharma want and I asked her why her extended contacts and CAR-T pioneer reputation can't be used to secure US / Canadian funds and the answer was that Hopper told her that foreign investments mean a big hurdle to overcome and that that wouldn't be an option. Strangely, the US LIND fund can / could be used without hesitations. You guys please read / listen between the lines.
