Mmm - Nick Ede is on the Management Team and I would have expected not only an announcement but if he has already left then removal from the website. So he might still be on the books with his departure date for HR purposes in a few days/weeks and timed to fit with the announcement of a replacement or how they plan to backfill his role. In a top 20 one would not see this announced but IMU is still in the 300 I recall and so materiality thresholds are lower.
One would definitely expect an announcement for the CFO, COO and CMO at the very least for a biotech. But I do feel that they should be more scrupulous.
Most curious especially as Nick is personally advising people without confidentiality binder that he has actually left.
