Poster endorsement? It was peer review medical publication. A CR on such low dosage so early in Ph1 is very rare where even @Mason14 said was excellent result and tried to discredit it by saying IMU then increase the dosage as management weren't seeing enough efficacy despite stating he is a "scientist" who is supposedly meant to know how Ph1 clinical trial are conducted for OBD.
IMU is the pick because of the potential in the next 8-12 months, I'm not sure what you mean by "murky combo treatment", a lot of new cancer treatment on clinical trial are in combination with approved cancer drug to find a better effective cancer treatment.
