I am not sure, what they mean by "Ongoing". You can find out the status of any trial on clinicaltrials.gov.
All I know is that Imugene have seven trials on there (clinicaltrials.gov) and four of them are Active, not recruiting (including PD1-VAxx) This means they are no longer recruiting patients for the trial. Of course this may change (hence the word active), however at the moment they are not getting any new patients in. For all practical purposes this seems "on hold".

Axer-Cel - Active/recruiting.
Oncarlytics with Blinatuomab - Active/recruiting.
Vaxinia (MAST) - Active/recruiting.
HerVaxx NextHerizon - Active/ not recruiting.
Pd1Vaxx - Imprinter - Active/ not recruiting.
Hervaxx GC - Active/ not recruiting.
Cf33 / Checkvacc - Active/ not recruiting.
