If only in the mouse models, they had given the mice not only cancer but dosed them with several lines of treatment as well prior to treating them with CF33 ... well, then we might have known more. Alas, that might have been considered inhumane.
I am not suggesting I have knowledge of what lines of prior treatment patients were on, but chemo drugs / radiation therapy are known to suppress / damage bone marrow, which can take months to recover.
When we are talking about a drug class that is dependent on your immune system doing the rest of the job, I don't see what the point of your constant analysis is when you yourself have no idea what the patients' starting baseline was, and don't consider that.
It is easy to make any sort of argument without the full facts. That's why we have trials ... and this one is based on safety and has a requirement on the number of lines of treatment the patient has also tried and failed on. So let's maybe wait for all the evidence as you say.
