There is a very slim chance both may happen at the same time if FDA approval is uber advanced, but imho that is highly unlikely.

In fact, if IMU have to go it alone to FDA approval imv most holders here will be diluted to close to zero value due the cash requirements and resulting cap raises required (unless a very advanced approval is granted upon undeniably amazing results, but that seems unrealistic). So I hope you're not wanting to hear that?

Until a sale/partenership/TO financial success is unlikely.
