I don't think you understand how biotech start-up stock work. IMU isn't going to apply for FDA approval without seeing a lot more positive clinical trial results and the FDA won't be allowing them to continue this without seeing further positive clinical trial results and these will be continuous announced to the market so the pps won't be at 1c while waiting for FDA approval. And who said the T/O is $16B? It will be $8B for all 5 IP not the 10 IP you suggested.
