I already told you last time it was a totally different company over 5 years ago. Do you know how much time it takes for a product to reach commercialisation??? IMU has a lot more fund and resource now so they can speed their clinical trials compared to when they only had HER-Vaxx in their pipeline. Why do you think company usually get T/O by BP when their IP are end of Ph2 clinical trial? BP have the fund and resource to take the IP to end of Ph3 and then FDA approval and commercialisation.
