Based on previous clinical trials conducted by Precision and the current use of the optimal dose of PBCAR0191 (DL4b), it is reasonable to anticipate positive updates. Which trial of azercel are you referring to when you mention toxicity? The dosage that is being used on the phase 1b trial had reduced ICANS grade 3 effects from 67% in the original ASH cohort to 17% (1/6) in the DL4b cohort (dosage currently being used).
