And how does a consolidation affect BP's offer for IMU???? You do know the MC is based on the pps and O/S so doing a consolidation doesn't mean the MC is less.
PH will want to sell HER-Vaxx as part of the entire company to BP as he will get maximum value for the IP instead of selling it for $50-100M to not do a CR so I don't see how not selling HER-Vaxx will effect the consolidation. He doesn't even need to consider a consolidate if his end game is to sell the entire company as the O/S doesn't matter just like what he did with VLA but with 5 IP instead of one.
