    $4,

You have to admit that doing the same he did at RAD simultaneously at CHM and IMU is a bit complicated. That way your comment about how IMU sh feel is a bit far stretched. IMU got a much better financial status, actually CHM and RAD had to ask why they got neglected and not IMU.

Here is what my take is posted at HC-RAD:

We have to look a bit deeper into all this without defending him.

    1. Nobody was forced to participate in the IPO but everyone was greedy based on IMU's stellar sp rise at that time and expected a similar windfall.
    2. The IPO valuation back then was totally justified on peer comparison plus, CHM back then was the only CAR-T company listed on the ASX to have a clinical trial and to date there is just a second one, IMU, and RAD was / still is the most advanced ASX listed radio therapy treatment company.
    3. Almost all non-income tech stocks dived between 50-99% when the interest cycle changed, suddenly achievements / data did count as ZERO. No cash, meant crash.
    4. The CRs at all 3 comps were done without putting any effort in to achieve a better outcome, just to keep them afloat, regardless of any massive dilution.

So, how did this play out for Hopper's goal to sell the comps / assets one day? He, like many who founded their listed comps, needed initially retail holders but then want to replace them step by step by instos to have better control as funds / instos invest managed money, not hard-earned ones like retail does.

That can be done on the way up but is almost impossible to achieve as retail tend not to sell as long as the sp goes up and it would be very costly for funds to get a decent holding at a rising price. Much easier to do it on the way down when retail is happier to hand over more and more for less. Plus a final dilution like at RAD and the change over is done. Hopper successfully used the downwards momentum created by the general markets, all legally, all textbook, just a bit unethical - but again, that's not part of a legal process.

I preferred the way up but Hopper chose the easier way, the way down. What's left to do to benefit from the big boys' games is to do exactly as they do, buy more at those still low prices or just sell.
