Why? Simply for a T/O bid and that's when investors will get maximum return with a big CGT rebate as a sweetener. PH doesn't want to take IMU to commercialisation and according to you he isn't just greedy but is very greedy. Some posters even said PH "blocked" a buyout offer for HER-Vaxx after LC made the "dance card is full" comment. Why sell a small piece of pie for peanut when you can sell the entire pie and cream on top......
