Have you asked Tobias why 80% was used instead of 95%??? Does a treatment with Chemotherapy require a 95% CI as they already cause very high toxicity and in some instance actually result in mortality instead of the cancer. I agree that this is the standard CI metric used for clinical trial, don't think IMU cleared this up with the FDA during the clinical trial????
