1. Azer-Cel works, actually very well.
2. There is toxicity which is still accepted but concerning. That's why they have been working way before IMU acquired the tech to reduce it. And they still continue to use it as the benefits still outweigh the negative side effects.
3. No FDA / ethical committee intervention at this stage.
4. They continue to reduce the side effects.

Again, not ideal but what treatment is?

Pretty sure IMU has been aware of the side effects and the FDA as well as those have been known since 2022 and possibly earlier and yet the FDA has indicated to IMU to prepare for the rego trial.

Let's see whether IMU will come out with a statement.
