Thanks Freebooter. I've noticed that in one of the recent trial updates they're now including Bendamustine in the list of drugs at Dose Level 4b. Google tells me that this can be used in the Lymphodepletion process too and may be associated with lower toxicity - although FluCy is still listed for Dose Level 4b as well, so perhaps using them in combination somehow? None of this is ground-breaking information I guess, but interesting to dig through while waiting for updates.
