Yes but it was (PDX) type and it gives a more in human type response, Patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models offer several advantages over human cell line-based in vitro and in vivo models and models of non-human origin. PDX models retain genetic characteristics of the human tumor specimens from which they were derived, have intact stromal components, and are more predictive of patient response than traditional models.
It highlights the great results they saw and the ensuing trial design start with CF33 prove easily tolerated safe, up the dose safe, combination safe, did we see CD19 expression yep > Oncarlytics is it safe? yep, is it working? yep are we seeing what we saw in rials > yep
Just my ponderings no need to make announcements trials in progress, is it time to get ready to launch on the world? Not sure? Should we start advertising? Maybe?
All just my opinion and of course DYOR
