I think you really have to be reaching to find what Yuman said there as anything but positive. I'm sure in his 40 years of treating bile duct he's seen plenty of potential treatments that might have seemed promising in mice, but now he's seeing one actually working in humans, heavily pre-treated at that and at a very low dose...yeah, I think he can be pleasantly surprised.
