thanks Dave, appreciate that very detailed reply. I always look forward to your posts, and again you did not disappoint

I tend to agree, the detailed education/consultation (along with better results) will be key to keeping these patients on study longer. That was also part of my original view, those that stayed on study longer, all achieved a better outcome.

Yuman described the 2nd bile duct patient, who achieved stable disease whereby their "disease has basically frozen in its tracks and not grown". Quite a few of the patients on study for 3+ months all achieved the same result, stable disease, so that is really quite extraordinary considering every other treatment had failed prior to them enrolling into MAST. Let's hope that continues for them.
