Well, I think you are both correct, depends how you look at it.
hNIS is certainly in CHECKvacc, but that is active, not recruiting ie CF-33 plus hNIS plus anti PDL1, for TNBC patients
The last update was Jan this year.
it is run at COH. The three cohorts, of three patients each dose, were by then recruited. Study completion was listed as 2024-09-22, not long to wait.
From there, as per IMU website, the optimum dose will be given to 12 patients in the forthcoming phase 2 study.
TNBC is notoriously difficult to treat. This trial seemingly shortened ( from initial 78 to 9 patients) ie, Results for only 9 patients expected before possible ph2 study. What does that imply? …..
1. No safety issues reported, ? ph 1 results early this year enough for the above timeline to be decided.
. Or
2. On the other hand, Naysayers may say it had shown no efficacy ,
( hard to argue either way, needs months to decide, one way or the other)
Certainly no advice from me on this, but I’m keen to see results in September.
