I think with IMU you have the integrity in one corner- YF & LC, with the capitalist and his band of opportunists in the other -PH.
Whilst we've waited what seems an eternity for updated data from the MAST study especially, the waits almost over.
If we're to believe the scientists, news will bring a much needed re rate for our SP. This is where PH would pounce. Once the SP travels past ( for mine ) $0.50- $0.75c That's when either a T/O or a consolidation kicks in.
A consolidation would cure a few old problems, including new capital and a consolidation of some 8 Billion shares, being wound back to 533 million shares ( based on my preference of a 15:1 consolidation- Many scenarios' of multiples can play out, but would need to be more than 10:1). For example- At $0.50c with a 15:1 consolidation, would create a SP of $7.50. Naturally you'd have 15 times less shares than before.
This not only makes shares more scarce, but we become ripe for the picking regarding a NASDAQ listing or acquisition of a shell company, thats already listed but going under. These are acquired in saving many months in screenings and listing fees on the NASDAQ.
Alternatively, we gain a partner or partners amongst the BP's with a licensing agreement and an upfront fee, in getting into bed with our Intellectual Property ( patents, and research achieved).
Both of which scenarios would now be visited or explored amongst management- should they be worth their salt.
There's the two possible plays to unfold within the next 18 months, for mine. Whilst I hope its a partnership, capitalists such as PH might not be able to resist becoming a Billionaire's and selling out for that magic $1 / $3 price we've all dreamt about.
News and something major, can and will play out (for mine) if the news about to drop is half as good as their suggesting. Whilst I'm over all of LC's hype, I believe YF and his interview a few weeks ago renewed much needed confidence, amongst investors. Once news drops, those sitting on the fence will jump in, making that $0.63c seen in 2021 surpassed within days rather than months. Difference being on the back of serious results rather than just tips and FOMO.
For the first time PATIENTS isn't required for us long term holders. As news is about to start flowing, then forever increasing over the next 5 months. As the curtains are pulled back on IMU over the next 18 months. That's chicken fee, compared to the 4-8 years many have patiently waited- It's coming, win- lose- or draw !!
