That’s an interesting statistic, Metastatic Advanced Solid Tumors, and failed 2 previous lines of therapy, what would their life expectancy have been without Vaxinia treatment.
This makes me think that the trial is going really well. The trial started at very low doses and progressed slowly for safety reasons.
The next data cut and update is looking good. Did these patients get an increased dose on subsequent rounds of therapy as the cohort dosage hurdles increased?
