In my opinion, I can't see the company being wholly acquired at this time. With such vast IP, and products at varying stages of development, attributing a value would be incredibly difficult.
For that reason, I think a licensing deal for Her-Vaxx is more likely.
I think that the next two months are probably the only times one will see the SP at these levels (certainly sub 5c but probably sub 6c too), so gobble up what you can Nick!
