I have always scratched my head when ppl here cry out loud short burn etc. It demonstrates very limited knowledge ppl have when it comes to world of shorting. Firstly shorting is a very high risk with a capped return world. Secondly shorting requires very high conviction and very high volumes for exit strategies to materialize and I can list many more things that goes into shorting. But ppl have to realise shorters look for stock like PLS(which hasbeen topping shorters rank for a reason) because it has above mentioned characteristics and also an element of tremendous commodity cycle uncertainty.

In the grand scheme of shorting world the shorters only get scraps from IMU. Hence why they shop elsewhere.

Now what i wud be interested in is that the last couple of days of buying interest is it a genuine buying interest backed by anticipation or not?

Answer for the above question rests on the other side of the week.
