Interesting day on the markets overnight.
European markets barely moved at all - the FTSE fell 3 points (.036%), the DAX fell 5 points (.03%) and the CAC fell 10 points (.13%).
In the US, the DOW rose 225 points (.55%), the NBI barely budged and was up less than a point (.003%), the NASDAQ Composite rose 197 points (1.13%) and the Russell small cap index rose 14 points (.67%).
US PCE data showed a rise in July of .2% - in-line with expectations and the same as it was in June.
OPEC pledged to boost oil production in October.
US markets will be closed on Monday for the Labour day holiday.
US Treasury 10 year bond yield is rising again - now at 3.915%.
Oil prices fell - Brent crude at US$78.82 per barrel.
The gold price fell to US$2,502 per oz.
BITCOIN is down a bit to US$58,847.
