Hate to break it to you, but we've already been reeled in. The most recent CR at RAC was done with an issue of $0.75 options issued on a 1 for 20 basis to all shareholders. Most of these options were exercised as they were well in the money prior to expiry. The next CR is now ongoing with the issue of $1.25 piggy-back options (to the same shareholders) when the abovementioned $0.75 options were exercised. The $1.25 options don't expire until mid-2026 and also are already in the money.
Oh sorry, "in the money" options may be confusing for you all as I believe you're more familiar with the other kind... so here's a link for you to explain them: "in the money options".
PS. The $3.20 raise you refer to was actually done at $3.00 per share and closed on 17 December 2021. Despite your assertion, RAC shares did trade above $3.20 after the raise, reaching as high as $3.78.
