    And you think those low in the money options exercised were non-dilutive? Bear in mind this is a CEO who preaches 'do not want to dilute shareholders value' mantra. See the conflict there between his action and words? In a roundabout clever 'whisper sweet nothing way', he is issuing shares at much lower price than the so-called bargain of the century $3 shares issue
