You're questing Azercel's safety profile and clinical efficiency, and are inferring competitor Allogene have an Allo Cart T more advance in trails and showing better safety and efficiency than Azercel.

By you own tables.

Phase 1B Azercel
Has no events GVHD
Has had no adverse event grade 3 or higher
Has had no ICANs when in use with IL-2

So at this time there simply is no evidence, indication, or trend to say there is a safety concern with Azercel and IL-2 in combination.

Next is Efficiency
Phase 1B has an ORR of 67% and a CRR of 67%.

Both the safety profile and the clinical efficiency of Phase 1B are comparable to Allogene's Car T.

The only stone to throw at this time, is the very small data set of 3 patients.
However this knife can cut both ways. As the patient who did not receive a CR received SD and may yet be upgrade to a PR at a later scan. (This would give us ORR of 100% and a CRR of 67%).

We know there are now 5 patients dosed in Phase 1B, with the first scan at 28 days (So IMU are recruiting and can progress the trial quickly to build more data on Phase 1B).

Its far too early write Azercel off, and the product still has the potential to knock out Allogene's Car T.

I would say watch this space. Management are under pressure to promote Azercel's potential and chance of success to be the first approve Allo Cat T; To get the next capital raise off the ground; Get Azercel into Phase 2; And keep their jobs and salaries rolling on.
