I can't see this being years away. We have trials with participants who are either going to pass on or get better. The results of said trials have to be released soon or later which will affect the SP one way or another. Also the FDA have given IMU their "Fast Track" designation for a reason and surely don't give them out without some obligation of quick feedback otherwise I'm sure it will be revoked which will also affect the SP one way or another.

IMU certainly don't need to prove that they have a cure for cancer in the next few months. All they have to prove is they have the same or better survival rates than the current SOC with fewer side effects and for that we are not years away
