5. Clinical programs start for CF33, which VAXINIA PTY LTD beneficiaries receive >$20M worth of shares in milestone payments
6. CF33 achieves 3 in-human responses totalling 7.5% ORR and HER-Vaxx is now discontinued

At 15%, Professor Yuman Fong would have received 79,620,121 shares in milestone payments, which means he has dumped 57,241,089 shares on market to IMU shareholders who are defending him and his priorities.
