The only reason I don't think this will be the case is the Ph1 clinical trial for VAXINIA has already demonstrating efficacy so early which is why IMU received Fast track designation and ODD quickly and I suspect the same for OASIS. BP will target these assets as they will be commerialise faster especially if they go down the registrational clinical trial path. If they wait longer then they will risk having to pay a lot more especially since CF33 expand into other solid cancer.
