I wont be fretting. To me the situation doesnt appear to bad, though there is some risk. It could turn to custard, thats the nature of investing particularly speculative biotechs. I believe you need to understand what you commit to in buying shares and need to take responsibility for your decisions. Instead of blaming other people their management blame your decisions. You have control of your actions, you dont have much control of others. Work on what you can control. Your level of success as an investor is dependant on the skill you develop. Or luck.
