the local bottom structure says it all to me, similar in pattern structure to FRE that i have also recently laddered into for the exact same reasons chart wise, FRE had its breakout today of 14%+ IMU in coming weeks likely sees the same, i don't follow news, to trade, as charts show the moves well before the news, and allow those nice entries. If traders viewed biotechnology stocks they will see they all generally have a nice run up prior to macro market crash - corrections, as it all comes down to money rotation and how that area sits in relation to large caps in the market cycle
