Incorrect, the pps for biotech start-up stock doesn't stay at 5c and then somehow spike to 50c after releasing clinical trial updates for a few years until there's a "deal". IMU need sustain clinical trial updates so it will rerate then stay there until the next clinical trial update is released in a few months so the pps will go higher to build a new consolidated base.
That's why most of us though 10c was the base after the excellent clinical trial update for VAXINIA, the pps stayed there for 3-4 months building a solid base so had the excellent clinical trial update for Azer-Cel been released then instead of 8 months later then the pps would have went to 15c and build a new consolidated base there instead of the pps right now.
