in regard to the convertible notes there were some mentioning that this was usually the death knell of the company but there is another biotech company on the ASX which i follow Where back in ‘23 issued convertible notes to see them through funding of trials for kidney disease. Since then they have signed license agreements for the product and now entering phase 3 trials.
They have during the course of the year kept sh update with details of trials.They notified market about recruitment for phase 3 trials then updated market on status of numbers recruited and when they will have completed recruitment numbers. Something IMU has failed to do apart from telling is they have dosed a patient(s) and how recruitment was going. They need to communicate more hence the markets subpar interest in the stock at present.
