They have got $40mil which will keep the doors open for 12 months.Does this mean:1) Are they confident of a major breakthrough within 12 months?2) Are they just being prudent and wan to navigate the next 12 months and then see where they are standing at that time?3) Are they looking forward to having a consolidation and listing on the NASDAQ - they would need to do both IMHO.Bit of a lucky dip.
