I beg to differ, 12 months? They are burning far more than 46 mil per yr. And only going up every quarter. They clearly perceived they had to top up now. why? why has LC obtained? This is a big question. Why would the CEO of a company say just weeks before a CR that there will not be a CR. FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW??? Is this blatant misleading lie legal? Or at the very least moral? Is she expecting us to believe she had no idea this was coming???? good questions though. Why now? Why a loan? Only choice? No deals even close? No one willing to invest are they expecting a deal on herrvax? pd1? or results on anything coming that will boost the sp in the near future to kick the sp for a cr with less dilution? Big enough to also repaying this loan. Why does this company constantly consider its except able to keep its holders in the dark on all that happens in our company? If a loan was the smart option, why only 46 mil? We will need more in 6 monthsish one would think. Please dont reply ALCP. PLEASE.
