That is not what he said - and he never tried to correct what he said after being tackled about it several times by a number of people. He kept maintaining that you pay 100% CGT on any profits - then 50% after 12 months.
Then he attacked/abused anyone who contradicted his statement.
Not worth trying to protect this bloke. He misrepresents everyone else but lacks the courage and decency to own up to his own errors.
There are very few people that I don't like on these forums but he has made the cut.
