He initially loaned these shares out when the share price was around 10c. He'd be paying a significant premium to today's SP to have these returned. Yet, he's only continuing to add to this facility, most recently when the SP was 5c.
Now he's issuing convertible notes to vultures at a significant discount to the avg price of this arrangement, in the hope something lands clinically. If he really saw value here and "excellent clinical results", he'd have participated in this recent raise to clip the ticket on his loaned shares in the event of what would be an inevitable rerate.
His actions seem to imply the 'bedwetters, downrampers, fools, amateurs and armchair scientists' have been right all along.
