true the conditions may have stipulated the shares be lent , regardless PH would of known exactly that they would be shorted resulting in the demise of the sp , given his knowledge of banking etc this is not to the benifit of share holders , correct me f I’m wrong but board members by law should be doing everything to increase the mc of the company not helping decrease the mc , im sure he is covered by our crazy law who protect the rich
