No one expects immediate satisfaction, by I think you might find that most reasonable people will expect updates when they are forecast. Shifting the goal posts continuously is unacceptable.
With regards to only positive data - keep in mind the poor chap off the colorectal forum who sadly died days after a dosing. This has not been talked about by the company despite being in the public domain - holders need to be aware that there is potential bad data being withheld.
Nauseating condescension and blind positivity is not the answer.
