They haven't done a CR 'at current levels'. They've issued $20m worth of convertible notes that can be exchanged at a price determined in the future. Did you read the terms... jokes, I know you didn't. It's unknown how many shares Susquehanna will receive for their $20m - but IMU have been kind enough to give some guidance.
If the share price collapses (say, if some large vulture capitalist shorts IMU who is incentivised to see such an occurrence) IMU will dilute holders by another 1.05B shares all to have raised just $20m.
