No doubt IMU would have done extensive lab testing with CF33 before they decided to purchase Azer-Cel, hence why LC mentioned the synergy between the IP but you don't know when it was decide. It's more than likely at the last minute and after she made the comment that a CR wasn't required in the near future, I think LC was against the latest CR because of the CR done 2 years ago when CVI approached them as they didn't need funds then and the compromise this time with them approaching IMU again was this CN and warrant arrangement as they wanted the same discount like last time and then would have dumped like last time.
Management clearly know the clinical trials still is and is going as expected for VAXINIA and OASIS and CVI will have to convert at 25% premium of 3.8c instead 25% discount, they will still make very good profit on further positive clinical trial updates in the next 2-5 months and give the trader and ST the finger.
