Are we funded by private institutions. America may think under the great ones they are totally immune from all diseases, (with no medication or vaccination at all needed,) but the rest of the world still gets cancer and need cures there are 7 odd billion People in the world and America only have 340 mill, of diseases free people. So we just may still be needed.
