There's a bit of confusing around that, didn't @slick corrected you and said this was the loan???? And so what if PH did, he has invested in IMU to make money and he still hold over 300M shares and only sold 3% of his shares since then as he know the valuation of IMU is well above the current MC.
You think the FDA would have granted Fast Track designation with poor and not excellent data within only 12-16 months of clinical trial??? You don't think 2/3 CR with the other SD is excellent result and I told you PH will pull the trigger early on the CR if he got a good deal which he did. 125% of 3.8c for the CN and warrant at 5c dependent on the clinical trial updates in the next 2-5 months isn't a good CR lol.
