    European markets were all up overnight.

    The FTSE rose 35 points (.41%), the DAX rose 284 points (126%) and the CAC rose 10 points (.13%).

    European defence stocks rose in response to the potential European peacekeeper force to be used in the Ukraine.

    US markets were all closed for the "Presidents Day" public holiday.

    Minutes of the US Fed January meeting to be released to the markets this week.

    Data on US manufacturing and services to be released this week.

    US Treasury 10 year bond yield sits at 4.493%

    Oil prices are up - Brent crude at US$75.31 per barrel.

    Gold price is at US$2,898 peer oz.

    BITCOIN price fell to US$96,029.
